I have finally decided to enter the blogosphere with a difference. I am a LIS professional and aggresive reader of Blogs related to LIS and wanted to start a blog for a while. I would like to bridge the gap between the technology and Lis Professionals through my posts related to LIS Software, News, web research, Library on net etc. I hope this will help the LIS professionals to keep abreast with the recent happenings in their area of expertise.

I have been working in the area of Digital Library and web development for about three years. I am currently affiliated to a Technology company, which is spearheading in Webblog and News search technology using futuristic "Prospective Search".
