del.icio.us - A Social Bookmarking System

DEL.ICIO.US is a very useful tool for our day to day life. As we are surfing lot of websites, we tend to forget those URLs. Bookmarking in browsers doesn't really help us, as we move from place to place.

It allows you to easily add sites you like to your personal collection of links, to categorize those sites with keywords, and to share your collection not only between your own browsers and machines, but also with others.

What makes del.icio.us a social system is its ability to let you see the links that others have collected, as well as showing you who else has bookmarked a specific site. You can also view the links collected by others, and subscribe to the links of people whose lists you find interesting.

A must use service for Internet savy ....... like me... (Joke..??)

Online Journals Search Engine (OJOSE)

Recently I came across a very interesting Scientific Search Engine called OJOSE Online Journals Search Engine. Online JOurnal Search Engine is a powerful free scientific search engine, enabling you to make search-queries in different databases by using single search interface ( Scientific Metasearch Engine). With OJOSE you can find, download or buy scientific publications (journals, articles, research reports, books, etc.) in up to 40 different databases and E-Journal Aggregators.

The search interface is complex to understand, but worth to search through. It will be very useful for researchers, as it searches simultaneously in 40 different databases and provide the results in a single page.
